To cancel an order, go to "Contact Us" , enter your order number and email address, and then select "Cancel Order Request..." from the pull-down menu. If you want to cancel only some items in the order, tell us which one and the quantity to cancel.
Please note that we can not guarantee cancelations. The sooner you ask, the more likely we can accomodate you. Since our systems are automated it may not be possible to stop your order once the warehouse starts the packaging prcesss. Keep in mind that the online status is updated only every 1 or 2 days and may not display the actual current state of your order. We will do our best to complete your request.
If we are able to cancel your order, a refund is usually issued withing 1 business day of the cancelation. Refunds usually appear on your credit card account in about 3 business days, but it may take longer. For debit cards, it may take 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Do NOT contact your credit card company or bank to ask about the refund. They may charge a $30 fee to manually process the refund and you will be responsible for this charge. If you ask us, we will gladly check the state of your refund at no charge. |
