  1. Do I need to open an account to shop?
    No. Just fill your shopping cart, then click on Check Out. However, there are additional shopping features that are available if you shop after you Sign In to your account. Click here to open an account in less than one minute.

  2. How can I pay?
    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, money orders, and paypal. Purchase orders from approved organizations are also accepted. Click here for additional information.

  3. Do you accept orders from non-commercial customers?
    Yes. While our main business is selling to commercial establishments, we gladly accept orders from the general public. We can deliver to either a business or residential address.

  4. How do I re-order?
    After your first order, a re-order list is automatically created for you. It appears on the right side after you sign in. Just click on the arrow next to each product you wish to re-order.

  5. How do I find a particular product?
    There are four ways you can find a product: (1) Click on the categories until you arrive at the product of interest, (2) Select a manufacturer to display all the products by that manufacturer, (3) Type word(s) or model number in the search box and then click on the arrow, or (4) Click on Products Index to see an alphabetized list of all the product types. These four ways are always available on the left side of every page.

  6. How can I see a previous order?
    After you have signed in, click on My Account. A summary of the last three orders are shown. To see all your orders, click on "show all orders". You can view or print order invoices.

  7. Can we pick up our order?
    Sorry, but orders can only be delivered or shipped to you. Pickup is not available at the warehouses.

  8. Can I complete an order later?
    Yes. However, you must be signed in. This way we can tell who you are and save all the items in the shopping cart until you come back. After you return and sign in, the items will appear in the shopping cart.

  9. How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?
    Deliveries usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Shipments are made from the nearest stocking warehouse. Warehouses are strategically located throughout the United States. Several shipping options are available during checkout.

  10. Can you deliver to a different address?
    Yes. Different delivery and billing addresses can be entered during checkout.
